Hope your Fall has gotten off to a good start! The Flathead Valley has had just a little bit of everything in terms of weather, with those pretty Fall days being thoroughly enjoyed by all.
Now for your Flathead Lake update: From mid-August to now, there have been quite a number of waterfront homes (11) and land (5) that have come on the market as new listings on Flathead Lake. Several sellers have implemented price reductions ; Since doing so, two have gone under contract under a contingent status. Just as homes come on, there are a good number that have Sold on Flathead Lake … 10 homes, 1 land and there is 1 piece of land pending.
Overall, the third quarter of this year shows 28 homes have sold to date (there were 33 to date in 2013); So, home sales are off on Flathead by 15%. There are 5 vacant land sales reported as compared to 11 last year.
