2020 3rd Quarter Market Review: Overall the home sales (all kinds) in Flathead and Lake Counties increased from 1,847 last year to 2,353 same time this year… an increase of 22%. Let’s start with Flathead Lake. This year’s sales of 18 homes is on par with last year’s also at 18.
