Harbor Village Marina
Harbor Village is probably best described as a sister community adjacent to the Eagle Bend golf neighborhood, but the emphasis at Harbor Village is on boating (hence the inclusion of the descriptive word “Harbor” in its name). It is a neighborhood developed along the eastern shore of the Flathead River, just north of the mouth into Flathead Lake. Many of the lots have frontage on developed canals or right on the river. The Eagle Bend Yacht Harbor offers 191 boat slips at the premier marina facility on the west side of Harbor Village built on a protected inlet off the Flathead River. Boating out of the protected marina you enter the Flathead River and can go south to Flathead Lake or take a scenic ride north through the lower valley. Residences range for sale from the luxurious riverfront or canal-front homes to deluxe townhomes & condominiums across from the marina.
Just down the street is the newer Lake Pointe neighborhood. This gated community is adjacent to the golf course and has some man-made ponds. Lately there has been an upswing in new construction in Lake Pointe.
